Student Application: 2013 Field of Dreams Conference

Conference attendees at the 2012 Field of Dreams conference.

November 1-3, 2013 Phoenix, Arizona

The Following items are required to be submitted with your application. Please prepare your transcript as a .doc, .docx or .pdf file. These items should be e-mailed to Billie Townsend at mathalliance@uiowa.edu.

  1. An Unofficial Transcript
  2. Resume
  3. Personal Statement
    • For graduating seniors this would be a personal statement that would accompany your application to graduate school.
    • For other students this would be a personal statement used to apply to REU programs.
Full consideration to applicants will be given starting August 16, 2013. The final deadline is September 3, 2013. Questions about the application or conference should be sent to: mathalliance@uiowa.edu.
